LIONS INDONESIA
Today, Lions International and MD 307 Indonesia, alongside the local community, gathered for a meaningful and inspiring event at Bali Beach Sanur. This special day was dedicated to both wildlife conservation and environmental protection. Fabricio Oliveira – 2024-2025 International President of Lions Clubs International & Tony Djumadi – 2024-2025 Council Chair MD 307 Indonesia delivered inspiring speeches on the importance of community-led conservation and saving animals. Members of Lions and the local community released 250 baby sea turtles, helping them reach the sea and start their new lives in the ocean. Afterwards, freed 250 Balinese birds into the wild, symbolizing hope and freedom. This joint environmental effort was a strong reminder of our commitment to protecting nature and wildlife, reminding us that every small action makes a difference for the environment. Together, we serve and protect our beautiful planet.
